Dictating Painting - By Richard Smithers

Dictating Painting

Squares were never built so sound
for sound to stand.
A curtian raises
and enters a god of sound.

Rows of enchanted symetrical minds
eye a figure on a stage
and hear silence-
as a burst of colour releases
from one direction to another.
