IRREVOCABLE - By Sylvia Salima

IRREVOCABLE

I won’t take my words back; I won’t take my love away
Through the season, through the hate
Through the lies, through rejection
It’s in soul, its deep

How could you ask the rain to stop
How could one prevent the rays so bright
How could southern winds not arise sand in desert
Then don’t ask me to take my love back.

A world apart, a world far from mine
But my heart never lies, nor do emotions never fade
Time might bring another, moments might bring new adventure
At the altar, it might not be you, though I smile to begin another life
Then don’t ask me to take my love back.

It won’t be same we both know
I don’t hate you, for not responding to my love
Even when I said I loved you, the respond was not the same
I don’t blame your heart nor your love for rejecting me
Then don’t ask me to take my love back.

You can’t force love, you can’t fake emotions
You can’t smile in tears, when it is hurting too much
You can’t let go in grief, even when comfort is too much
You can’t hide a smile when in love
Then don’t ask for the impossibility

Don’t ask me to take my love back………

THE OUTCAST - By Sylvia Salima

THE OUTCAST

The pieces of glass are my thoughts of you put together,
The thoughts of the future,
The thoughts of what is meant to be
The thought of what it is

What at hand, Is a dream of a lifetime
Its prosperity, health and wealth
All draining in another dimension
All foregone, coming back seems like impossibility

Impossibility never foreseen
Like a child dreaming of a good home
A home of love, care and respect
With time the only reality fading

The pieces of glass forming an hour glass
Each second counts to build a new life
The broken shatter of a catered woman
A woman never received by the world

A woman outcasted by her own.

SIGNS OF A REJUVENATED SOUL - By Sylvia Salima

SIGNS OF A  REJUVENATED SOUL

The winds that gave me strength are now my enemy
Turning against me, eclipsing my life
The hand that held me so strong just let me go
Without a word, without goodbye
Turning cold like Antarctic ice
The heart that blends my smile, made a clown of my tears
Signs of reign, signs I am breaking apart.

The composure once had turned into cowardice
The force once gravity to all, turned to repellence
The confidence I had, turned to weakness
How could a strong woman turn so fragile
Signs of reign, signs I am breaking apart.

In the midst of the desert, I became the thick sand
In the midst of the storm, I became the sunken waves
In the midst of fire I became ashes
In the midst of cracks I became pieces
Signs of reign, Signs I am breaking apart.

There is part of life that makes us fall
Mine almost tarnished me
I won’t break the shell of reign is shaken
I am better, I won’t fall apart,

SIGNS OF A REJUVENATED SOUL.

ARTISTIC PAINT OF LOVE - By Sylvia Salima

ARTISTIC PAINT OF LOVE

Can you feel the touch of comfort
Can you see through the eyes of love
Can you know a hug of care
Can you know whisper of concern
Can you let me be, can you let me in

Can you see me as part of you
Can you let me be part of you
You and me can we be like an Artistic paint of love
Can our hearts be joined

This is a cry from within let me in, let me be part of you

I have no guarantee in loving you
I have no guarantee of the future
I have no guarantee this is the right path
I have guarantee of mistakes
But in the end no regrets

Times we argue
Times we fall apart
Times am not sure to come home or not
No regrets in the end
I desire to be part of you.

BREATH TAKING - By Sylvia Salima

BREATH TAKING

When the wind whispers, when the trees rattle
When the silence seems like darkness
When dust is awakened by the rain
When the mud is smudged by the feet
Through the curtains that you stir from afar
Your always there not seen but at guide
Your presence will always be a breath taking breeze

LETTING GO - By Sylvia Salima

LETTING GO

The spirit of letting go,
Is when my hand and yours are at the edge,
But still I hold on tight,
Is when you sincerely love someone,
But pretend they don’t matter.

The spirit of letting go
Is when in my mind am ok
But my soul, just divided into thousand pieces
Is when I see you walking away
But I wear a smile and assume I wish you luck

The spirit of letting go
Is when all I have are memories
But in me I wish we had more
Is when each second is precious
But all I have is a day.

The spirit of letting go
Is when you know you’re losing the half of you
But all you do, is wish they found happiness with you
Is when someone else heart beats for you
But you wish you had enough love to share with them

The spirit of letting go
Is when your my strength and life
But you have to build another life elsewhere
Is when your family matters
But you know with time you will leave to build your own

The spirit of letting go
Gives you no choice, Gives you no reason
All it does, It hopes each second you keep it precious
It hopes each time and day you build memories
But it never gets you ready

In the end it always HURTS.

SINCERE SOUL - By Sylvia Salima

SINCERE SOUL

The eyes of a sincere soul, looks through,
Sees you for who you are.

The eyes of a sincere soul stare at you,
From a distance and hopes you stare back

The eyes of a sincere soul love
Even when you don’t get anything in return

The eyes of a sincere soul saves even when
No one notices their act

The eyes of a sincere soul bleed
Even when the matter is not their own

They love endure, suffer, loose battle
Win some and yet they don’t show off.

The eyes love you in need of sorrow
And hopes while you don’t notice somehow you might feel

They risk through negative and positive
In the end your eyes sees through them hope and love.

Hoping it won’t be too late…………………………….
